Inclement Weather Procedure Posted April 6, 2015 8:11 pm
Jeff/GRC will be watching the weather forecast throughout the day. Jeff/GRC will not make cancellation decisions solely based upon what the weather is predicted to do. If that means we hold off making a decision until 5:00, 5:30 or even at game time, that is what we will do to ensure that games are played if possible. Jeff/GRC will not put out messages that games are still on. We will only announce delays or cancellations. Cancellations will be posted on the website, Facebook and a text to the division directors, who will then notify the managers of their division. If messages are not sent out, then the games are still on as scheduled and no need for anymore to text or post asking. |
